About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of anthonysmith.life, Anthony the Builder content, the Systems Behind the Business tools, personalized downloads, and The Builder's Vault. Corporate Synergy Solutions operates these services and is referred to as "we," "us," or "our."
By using the site or opening a workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. If you use a tool for a company or another person, you must have authority to submit their information and use the tool on their behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices.
Eligibility and account access
The business tools are intended for users age 18 or older. Provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and keep your sign-in codes and credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Clerk email-code access connects you to your saved work. Different company profiles within one account do not create separate user accounts or grant colleagues access. The Vault's local browser profile is separate from a verified worksheet account. Avoid using shared devices for private business information, and contact support@corporatesynergysolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
What the tools provide
Our worksheets, diagnostics, calculators, frameworks, and demonstrations help you describe an operating problem and prepare a proposed next action. They are educational and planning resources. They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, engineering, or safety advice, and they do not certify compliance.
A suggested score, cost estimate, product route, or implementation plan depends on the information and assumptions supplied. It is not a verified business finding, guaranteed result, binding technical conclusion, or promise of product functionality. Confirm important decisions with the people responsible for the work and an appropriately qualified professional when needed.
AI drafts and human judgment
Some tools use AI to suggest examples, interpret supplied context, or prepare a draft artifact. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar outputs for different people. Review the inputs, evidence, calculations, interpretation, and proposed actions before relying on or sharing an output.
Approving a draft in a tool records your review of that version. It does not mean Corporate Synergy Solutions has independently verified it. A requested human review records a review conversation and its notes; it is not an audit, certification, approval to implement, or a professional-services agreement.
Generated messages, introductions, workflows, and recommendations do not authorize outreach, spending, personnel decisions, safety actions, or other changes. Obtain the appropriate permissions and approvals before acting. The tools do not send relationship outreach on your behalf.
Your information and uploaded material
You retain any rights you hold in the information and materials you submit. You give us permission to store, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to provide the services you use, including generation, saved context, requested delivery, support, and review as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your source material to us.
Only submit content you have permission to use. Redact sensitive details and unnecessary personal information. Do not upload credentials, confidential third-party records without authorization, or material that violates another person's rights. A private workspace does not remove your responsibility to obtain permission.
If you request human review, you authorize the review team to access the submitted artifact and specified context. If you request a report by email, you authorize that delivery to your verified address. These actions do not subscribe you to marketing.
Downloads and intellectual property
You may use, adapt, and share the reports and worksheets you generate for your own business, planning, or authorized client work, subject to third-party rights and these terms. You are responsible for checking accuracy and removing private information before sharing. We do not promise that AI-generated material is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party claims.
Our website design, software, brand names, logos, teaching content, and underlying templates remain owned by us or their licensors. Access to a tool does not give you ownership of those materials. Do not resell our unmodified resources as your own, reproduce the service, or imply our endorsement without permission. Keep attribution and rights notices included with material you redistribute.
Acceptable use
Use the services lawfully and respect other people's information. You must not:
- Attempt to access another person's account, worksheet, files, or private company context.
- Bypass authentication, rate limits, usage restrictions, or other safeguards.
- Upload malware, interfere with service availability, or use automated activity that overloads the site.
- Impersonate another person, infringe rights, or submit unlawful or abusive material.
- Use generated content for spam, deceptive claims, unauthorized disclosure, or unlawful discrimination.
Availability, saved work, and changes
Features, access limits, and tool availability may change. We may interrupt service for maintenance or suspend access where reasonably needed to address misuse, security, or legal requirements. Save copies of outputs you need; the site is not your sole business record or backup system.
Uploads are subject to file limits and scheduled retention. Removing a source does not remove all derived outputs or copies already downloaded or emailed. See the retention and deletion policy for details. Contact support about access problems or requests to retrieve or remove saved information.
Products, fees, and separate engagements
Using a free tool, receiving a product recommendation, or requesting a conversation does not purchase software or create a consulting, implementation, coaching, or advisory engagement. Product availability, pricing, deliverables, ownership, support, payment, and cancellation terms must be agreed separately for any paid service.
Each product or service line has its own scope. Access to one tool or product does not include another line's services. If we enter a separate written agreement with you, that agreement governs the engagement and controls any conflict with these website terms for that engagement. We will disclose any charges before you choose a paid offering.
External services and links
The site relies on third-party hosting, authentication, storage, AI, memory, and email services. External websites and embedded content have their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to a service or showing an illustrative workflow does not guarantee that service's availability, accuracy, or fitness for your business.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and free tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free results. We do not guarantee revenue, savings, compliance, business performance, or other outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Corporate Synergy Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or free tools, including lost profits or business opportunities. You remain responsible for decisions made using tool outputs and for maintaining appropriate records and backups.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights and remedies. A separate paid-services agreement may provide different warranties or responsibility provisions for that engagement.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies this version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law. Updated terms apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Please contact us about a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights you have under applicable law.
