Who we are and what this covers
Corporate Synergy Solutions operates Anthony the Builder at anthonysmith.life. This Privacy Policy covers this website, the Systems Behind the Business tools, saved worksheets, personalized reports, and The Builder's Vault. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Corporate Synergy Solutions.
Questions or requests about your information can be sent to support@corporatesynergysolutions.com. Separate products, client engagements, and external websites may have their own privacy notices and agreements.
Information we collect
- Account and contact details. Your name, verified email address, phone number, account identifiers, and sign-in status. The working tools require name and phone once; email-code access is handled by Clerk. Phone numbers are not currently verified or used for SMS access or marketing.
- Company and workflow information. Company profiles, your role, stated problems, worksheet answers, saved drafts, action updates, generated reports, review corrections, and personalization preferences. One account can have separate companies and worksheets.
- Files and communications. Source excerpts you upload, their filenames and file details, requested report emails and delivery status, support correspondence, and human-review requests and notes.
- Technical information. Hosting and authentication providers process information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request timestamps, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the site.
- Vault information. The Vault collects name and email and stores assessment answers, results, and access state when you use those features.
We receive information from you, your use of the site, and providers supporting those features. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health records, or confidential third-party records. Use role labels and redacted examples wherever possible. Only submit information you are authorized to share.
How we use information
We use information to verify access, save and restore your work, keep company contexts separate, produce tailored suggestions and reports, send emails you request, respond to support requests, and process human reviews you choose to submit. We also use it to secure the service, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Signed-in personalization can show your name, active company, and relevant saved workflow. Choose "Show the general site," switch companies, or sign out to change that experience. Showing the general site changes the display; it does not delete your saved information.
AI processing and company memory
When a tool generates starting points or a working artifact, Anthropic processes the company context, workflow, problem, worksheet answers, relevant recalled context, and supported source excerpts needed for that request. Generated content can be incomplete or incorrect. You can review and edit it before approving a report.
Supermemory processes your saved name and selected company, worksheet, plan, and action context to support future visits. Memories carry the AnthonyTheBuilder tag and additional company, tool, and activity tags. Person and company information use separate scopes within your account. Two people entering the same company name do not automatically share a workspace.
We do not deliberately include your sign-in email or phone field in AI or memory requests. Information you enter into free-text answers or files may still be included, so redact personal details before submitting them. Saved interpretations and report excerpts can become part of company memory; raw file attachments are not sent to Supermemory.
The Warm Introduction Generator's private exclusion field is omitted from AI requests, memory, and exports. Relationship drafts use the current supplied context rather than recalled private notes. Hiding personalization is not an AI-processing or memory-deletion control; contact us if you want saved information removed.
Providers and other disclosures
We use service providers to operate the features you choose. Relevant information is processed by:
- Clerk for account authentication and access codes.
- Convex for stored account context, worksheets, uploads, reports, and application operations.
- Vercel for website hosting and delivery.
- Anthropic for AI suggestions and draft artifacts.
- Supermemory for saved person and company context.
- AgentMail for report emails you request, including recipient address, report content, and delivery information.
Authorized personnel may access information as needed to operate the service, provide support, investigate abuse, or fulfill your requests. If you request a human review, the CSS review team receives the submitted artifact, evidence excerpts, company name, and workflow. That review queue excludes raw uploaded files and private exclusion notes.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or the service. If the business is transferred or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and notice requirements.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Email, phone, and marketing
Email access codes and "Email my plan to me" messages support the actions you request. Requesting a worksheet or report does not subscribe you to marketing. The site keeps delivery records and a copy of a requested report email to support delivery and retries.
Joining the Vault waitlist requests a message when access is available. Contact support@corporatesynergysolutions.com to withdraw that request. Providing a phone number does not authorize automated calls or marketing texts. If you separately subscribe to marketing, you can use the unsubscribe option in those messages or contact us. Necessary account or service messages may still be sent.
Retention and deletion
Saved profiles, worksheets, artifacts, company memory, and requested email records remain available for return visits. There is currently no automatic account-wide expiry for those records. We retain them while needed to provide the service and address support, security, and legal obligations. You can ask us to review or delete your information at support@corporatesynergysolutions.com.
Supported tools accept up to three redacted PDF, TXT, Markdown, or CSV source excerpts. Raw uploads are scheduled for deletion from our application storage 30 days after upload. You can remove them earlier through the tool. Removing a file does not erase existing interpretations, generated reports, related memory, emails, or copies already downloaded.
When requesting deletion, tell us whether you mean a particular company, worksheet, file, or your whole account. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate removal across relevant providers. Limited records may need to remain for legal or security reasons, and backup deletion can take additional time. We cannot remove copies you or your recipients keep outside our services.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can review saved work, update company and workflow details, remove source attachments, switch companies, and change the personalized display through the tools. Email support@corporatesynergysolutions.com from your account address for other access, correction, export, deletion, or processing requests. Do not send identification documents or additional sensitive information unless we ask through an appropriate process.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to know about and access personal information, correct it, receive a copy, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or appeal a request decision. We will consider requests under applicable law and explain any limits. You may also contact your local privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
If an authorized agent contacts us for you, we may request proof of authority and verify your identity. If a request cannot be fulfilled, you can reply to our response to ask for reconsideration.
Security and international processing
We use account authentication, access controls, and provider security features to protect information. No online service, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep control of your email account and access codes, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where services operate. Privacy laws can differ from those where you live. We address any required protections for international processing under applicable law.
Children and external services
The business tools are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact support@corporatesynergysolutions.com so we can investigate and arrange appropriate removal.
External links and embedded content, including YouTube videos in the Vault, involve other providers. Loading or playing an embedded video can send technical information to that provider. Its own terms and privacy practices apply.
Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site or its practices change. The effective date above identifies this version. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
